Commercial, residential and industrial construction using brick, block (also known as CMU or concrete masonry units) and stone. This includes adhered stone veneer, real stone laid in the traditional coursed random rubble and ashlar (square cut blocks) techniques.

Chimneys. We can build, repair, restore or delete and roof over an existing chimney. We can even adhere stone right over the top to make it look brand new without the expense and hassle of removing the existing structure. This option is especially useful for chimneys that have substantial deterioration all the way down the side of the house. Removing all this is a big costly job. By removing the loose failed material and going right over the top, we save time and money. Also, by switching to a stone, we don't have to find a perfect brick match as a stone chimney can stand alone when it just matches tones.

Wall opening modification. Do you have a window or door that doesn't fit a masonry opening? We can resize the opening to fit any new window or door. Or we can make an opening go away completely. This is especially useful on commercial projects where a floorplan is getting repurposed or access needs to be made through walls to add or remove equipment.

Retaining walls and planter boxes. Most of these fail due to incorrect design and construction. Leaning retaining walls and planter boxes can be a hazard. We rebuild them correctly with the proper drainage and design to prevent soil jacking so that they don't fail again.

Historic restoration. Do you have an old masonry building in need of specialized care? Perhaps a building on a historic register? Our time tested techniques will ensure repairs are correct for the building and don't result in distracting eyesores that detract from it's appeal and value.

Fireplaces. Have an old fireplace that needs a facelift? We can reface your existing fireplace or chimney to make it look brand new. All without the expense and mess of removing the existing.

Repointing. Repointing is the removal and replacement of failed mortar joints in a masonry wall. Our hybrid method of repointing blends the quality of hand chiseling with the production of using grinders. This ensures a superior outcome, while remaining cost effective.

Loading dock repair. Loading docks have heavy trucks coming in and out constantly and they take a beating. Having a dock out of commission is costing you money. We can get you back up and running quickly and safely.

Masonry cleaning and sealing. We use a masonry restoration detergent and careful power washing to clean away decades of grime and deposits making masonry look new again. We can also apply a breathable sealer that helps to keep the masonry from absorbing water which will damage it when it freezes in the winter. This helps it to last longer, protecting your investment.
